MAC Home Inspections

MAC Home Inspections, LLC provides home buyers and sellers with the information they need to protect their interests during a real estate transaction. Without a thorough home inspection performed by a qualified professional, neither the buyer nor the seller can really know what defects may exist in a home.

I will inspect all the structural elements and systems of the home. Items that will typically be included in an inspection are:

• Framing (structure)
• Roof and attic
• Foundation
• Walls
• Electrical system
• Plumbing system
• Heating and air conditioning systems
• Kitchen
• Bathrooms

Additional items and unique home systems can also be inspected.

 When the inspection is complete, you'll receive an electronic copy of the full written report of the inspection, and access to an online electronic copy of the photographic records. I'll tell you of any problems that were discovered and discuss them with you. I will also tell you about any routine deferred maintenance items that should be performed, as well as answer any questions you may have.
